Gladiator Capital Management is an independent, privately held investment advisory firm that is wholly owned by professionals actively involved in managing the business. Gladiator Capital Management exclusively manages all assets of The Gladiator Fund, an investment fund structured as a general partnership. The Fund is a highly concentrated, long-only investment vehicle holding only securities that are dividend paying components of the S&P 500. The composite was created August 1, 2015 and consists exclusively of returns earned by The Gladiator Fund. The composite has always included a fund to which partners may make contributions or from which they may take withdrawals. List of composite descriptions is available upon request. For comparison purposes the composite is measured against the S&P 500 Index. The S&P 500 was selected as it accurately represents the mandate of the composite as well as to be consistent with our portfolio peers. The benchmark performance given is the time-weighted performance. The Composite is the total return of The Gladiator Fund, the sole portfolio managed by the firm. The performance provided for the Composite is the time-weighted performance prepared using full accrual, trade-dated accounting conventions. Portfolios are valued monthly and are linked geometrically to produce quarterly and annual returns. Total returns including realized and unrealized gains plus income are used when calculating investment performance. Gross returns were reduced by transaction costs. Policies for valuing portfolios, calculating performance, and preparing compliant presentations are available upon request. All returns and valuations are in U.S. dollars. The annual composite dispersion is an asset-weighted standard deviation calculated for the account in the composite. Additional information regarding policies for valuing portfolios, calculating performance and preparing compliant presentations are available upon request. Past performance does not guarantee future results. This performance report should not be construed as a recommendation to purchase or sell any particular securities held in composite accounts. Market conditions can vary widely over time and can result in a loss of portfolio value. A complete list and description of composites managed by Gladiator Capital Management is available upon request. The general fee schedule for partner accounts is 2% annually of capital account balance as of the beginning of such quarter. Actual investment fees incurred by partners may vary.
